There is more to this than the food however…..She comes quietly to the venue whilst I am teaching with everything prepared, and finds her way expertly and unfazed around an unknown kitchen so everything is ready to go when the event finishes.
Lucy May has a peaceful and smiling presence which really adds to the food she offers. This aids to the smooth running of the event and is one of the reasons I feel so confident in working with her.
I love the way she discusses menus and can cater easily for all dietary requirements. She is incredibly creative, instinctive and has an eye for the important little touches.
Her enthusiasm for food is a joy to observe, and results in plates filled with love that put a smile on your face.
